We are a mentoring program between high school and college students to empower youth and assist them by developing necessary skills to be successful in college and beyond. The program aims to strengthen students' self-confidence, leadership skills, and curiosity. Students will work together to create inspiring, supportive, and enriching environments for one another, while providing opportunities for self-examination and reflection. The mentors assume the responsibility to enhance the development of mentees both professionally and personally. Ultimately, this mentoring program is a space for students to find their own voice and to dream beyond what they ever thought possible.
