Statement of motivation
I would like to become more involved in student life at St. Olaf and help create an environment where all students, no matter the class year, feel their voices can be heard and recognized. I believe that transparent communication is the key to creating a caring and inclusive space on campus, and I want students to feel that their representatives are approachable, easily accessible, and receptive to their feedback.

Self-indicated experience
I served as an officer of my high school’s chapter of National Honor Society for three consecutive years, and in my senior year I served as the President of NHS. The collaboration, leadership, and communication skills I learned from my time as President will carry over into my position here as your class representative.
