The Pause Kitchen, located between the Lion’s Lair and the Mane Stage, offers a full menu of tasty eats for ridiculously low prices. If you’re looking for some hot toasted subs, a cold refreshing shake, a cool soda or energy drink, or a made-to-order pizza (with delivery to any campus location), the Pause Kitchen is where you should be.

We accept, cash, check, Ole Dollars, and department charges for quick and easy payment. This makes us perfect for a department meeting or celebration. Or, um, any time. Gift certificates for specific food items or combos are also available for purchase – call x2968 for more information.

Pizza

The Pause uses local ingredients to create your pizza from the ground up right in front of you, creating deliciously fresh pizza on the spot. Or, you can order a pizza for delivery to your dorm or event by calling during the delivery times specified above. You can specify size (Small 12″: $6, Large 16″: $8) and extra toppings. Don’t wanna wait for a whole pizza? Then just grab a slice from the display for just a buck! Pizza is by far the most highly appreciated product The Pause Kitchen offers, and rightfully so. They’re just great.

Shakes and Ice Cream

Another customer favorite! Our delicious shakes come in tons of flavors: Chocolate, Butter Pecan, Orange, Dreamsicle, Cheesecake, Mocha, Mint, and Blue Raspberry. Plus, you can add candy like Reese’s, Oreos and M&Ms for just a quarter more.
