There are many ways to Get Involved at St. Olaf — officially and unofficially. Below is a list of ways to get involved within the SGA branches.
Join or start an organization
There are well over two hundred organizations at St. Olaf that you can join! If you can’t find something in the current list of organizations, start your own! The Student Organizations Committee offers funding for starting and maintaining an organization.

SGA Branch Openings
If you are interested in student work or volunteering in one of the branches, there are many positions available. Official positions are chosen in the Spring, so if you are interested in an official position for the following year, contact the branch coordinator. Volunteers are usually accepted throughout the year in the branches. Follow the link below to learn more about each of the branches. Then contact the branch coordinator to learn more about any open positions.
Nearly all of our branches are hiring right now! Please visit their individual pages via the link above or the branch menu at the top to apply!
There are many volunteer opportunities available for you! Visit the Volunteer Network (VN) website for more information. Visit the 5th Bridge website for more information on volunteer opportunities in Northfield.
