SGA operates according to two major documents—the bylaws and the constitution. The purpose of these documents is to ensure that all process are carried out as fairly and consistently as possible.

There are a lot of rules in these documents! They may seem overwhelming, but it's your responsibility as an SGA member to familiarize yourself at least with your branch's bylaws.

The Bylaws Committee reviews and updates the bylaws each year. For more information or to get involved, speak with your branch executive.
