Student Activities Committee
The Student Activities Committee (SAC) organizes diverse events and activities that cater to the varied interests of St. Olaf Students. SAC provides students with unique escapes from their academic responsibilities. SAC upholds St. Olaf traditions such as Homecoming Week and the President’s Ball. SAC also has weekly movies and provides special events throughout the year that include comedians, magicians, novelty acts and even speed dating!
Students are encouraged to take advantage of the opportunities available and participate in activities and organizations such as SAC to help round out their collegiate educational experience. Involvement provides the opportunity to develop leadership skills, foster ownership in the St. Olaf community and build a personal sense of identity, self-confidence and belonging.
