Please don’t expect to find people at their new offices on their moving day. Wait a day or two. Phones will be live the next day. E-mail accounts will be active.
There will still be some work going on, so visit the building to see people you need after their moving day, but otherwise be patient for a while and stay out of the movers and other workers way.
